The whole farm smells of gingerbread.  It must be the molasses in the organic fungicide.  It is a maddeningly delicious smell, a little spice and oh so sweet.  We sprayed it everywhere on every leaf and shoot.

The bees are also going crazy with the smell and taste of sweet treacle.  They all came out of the hives to take a look. They are buzzing around  in a ferocious spike of activity.

To top it all, the coffee and orange leaves are all glistening, shiny and bright.  It looks like they have been polished by fairies.  The gentleman on the sprayer - well he got a tad sticky as well.  He is a good sport and let me take his photo, then went off to take a shower and wash his clothes.

We will be doing the whole thing again in due course.  In the tropics where life eats life it seems only right that the trichoderma bacteria are having fungus for breakfast, lunch and dinner.   In fact, I think we will never use chemical again.
