El Jardin del Cafe Medium Roast: High Altitude hard bean. From our farm which is in the green part of the Boquete Valley enjoying optimal growing conditions at 4060 ft. We have overseen every aspect of bringing this coffee to market. It is grown pesticide and herbicide free under genuine tree canopy shade and we have also recently moved to using organic fungicide as well. It is a field blend of mostly Catuai, and Typica with a small amount of Pacamara and Caturra. Tasting notes are orange, chocolate and nuts. It has a cream finish and good body. The coffee has been professionally cupped at source and has scored around 84 which is well within the Specialty Coffee range. It will be roasted the day before it is sent to you to ensure maximum freshness.
